Jane & Tim's Noosa Hinterland Estate Wedding
31 March 2012.....Jane & Tim were absolutely blessed with an amazing Wedding Day. And I knew they would, because they are such a lovely couple. Jane spent a lot of time over the last 14 months on the finer details (she could even become a Wedding Planner herself!) and after lots of visits to the property knew exactly the result she was after. It was a the biggest compliment on the day when she said to me that evening"this is exactly how I thought the wedding would look"
Unique and special details:
- Guests welcomed with baby San Pellegrino's with baby blue & white stripped straws
- Special "Sunset Cooler" served after the ceremony
- Espresso Martinis served after dinner with port, sherry & baileys
- Lemon Butter bonbonierre jars personalised to each guest made by Jane's sister Kate
- Large wall canvas in hydrangea blue telling their story to date
- Personalised M&M's (a gift from Jane's work) with their photo on each M&M - amazing!
- Stunning bouquets with mixture of hydrangea, hyacinths, roses, dahlias and bridesmaids with the divine blue delphinium & dusty miller
- Gorgeous stationery from Urban Weddings with the signature blue Hydrangea (it was touch and go that the hydrangea was going to be available. Lucky Terrianne from Mondo could confirm last minute!)
- Exotic Cheeseboard on a mirror with cheeses from all over the world (Kate being a chef said that there was over $2000 worth of the best cheese on that mirror!)
- Special Grazing Menu with shared entree tasting plates then Mains with varying salads & vegetables down the centre of the table then silver served portions to each guest of Eye Fillet, Hinterland Duckling & Reef Fish
- Cute Mini Macaroons and Lemon Curd Tarts (made by dessert queen Kate!) on the dessert buffet
- The three tier cake designed to suit the theme from Vanilla Lily bought all the way from Brisbane the day before - we had to be very careful transporting the cake! Flavours included Vanilla Bean Buttercake with fresh berries and chocolate ganache layers for 2 tiers and middle tier milk choc with layers of chocolate ganache - so rich & yummy!
- Songs - Processional "To Build a Home"Signing "Marriage Proposal' & "Hoeymoon" The Young Victoria composed by IIan Eshkeri Entrance "Bittersweet Symphony" Cake Cutting "How Sweet it is" Bridal Dance "At Last"
"Hi Kim, Just wanted to write and say a massive THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! It was the most amazing day everyone was commenting how wonderful it was and it wouldnt have gone so smoothly if it wasnt for you so thank you THANK YOU. Tim and I have been on a massive high since Saturday - and still can barely sleep from the excitement hah! - Thankyou for making it such a special day for us we are just over the moon with how it went xxoo

Our Favourite Noosa Celebrity Wedding for 2011
I would like to share some small detail shots from one of my favourite weddings from 2011.
I am so lucky to have done some amazing Celebrity Weddings here in Noosa over the years but this one has been very special to me mainly because of the beautiful friendship I have made with the couple. One of the most gorgeous couple you can ever meet, both inside and out.
Wishing you guys so much fun, love and laughter for years to come.
THANK YOU for having me be a part of such a meaningful event and
a special thanks to all the suppliers who helped to make the day run smooth as silk.
Enjoy having a look at some lovely images.

Candy Pink Carnations give a hint of colour to the crisp white

Gorgeous Phalyenopsis Arrangement as the Centrepiece to the room
The client wanted a white contemporary and elegant beach feel with a hint of silver and latte
This lounge arrangement overlooked the entire Laguna Bay - just stunning!
We bought in a professional sandcastle artist to design this sandcastle right out the front of the reception. We had a ceremonial "lighting of the sandcastle" by the bride & groom as the sun went down.
A unique photo studio was set up in the reception with props for guests to enjoy
